In order to trade with OfficeXpress, you must firstly open a credit account. Opening a credit account will give you the benefits of a credit limit and 30 day from invoice payment terms (subject to a credit check). In addition, you will need to have a trading account before you can register to use the OfficeXpress web-shop.

If you would like to open a credit account with OfficeXpress simply follow these 2 easy steps:

Step 1: Download the Credit Application Form, Terms & Conditions and Direct Debit Instructions (all forms found at the bottom of this page).
Step 2: Complete, sign and return by post all original documentation along with a company letterhead to:

Once we have received all your completed documentation, your application will be processed within 48 hours and you will be sent a confirmation letter confirming your new Account no. and your credit limit. The letter will also provide you with the contact details of your dedicated account manager who will be your primary contact for all your requirements.


Once you have your account set up, you can begin placing orders by calling your dedicated account manager. You can also register to use the OfficeXpress web-shop to place orders online and access a massive array of products, promotions and information.
